Extremely accessible! Wheelchair ramps into the warm pool, special wheelchairs that can go in the water, and a lift. Also good accessible areas in the changing rooms. I am only familiar with the warm pool area and use it for PT exercises, which it is perfect for. There are rails in the water to hold onto while you exercise and a seated area also. Just be aware if you go during adult swim time, there are still baby classes going on, individual PT, besides adults exercising. It can be pretty noisy or at times, cramped. It is NOT adults only. I suggest ear pods to help with noise and being more flexible with how your work out might go. You can still water walk and do exercises even with the extra people. That may not be true in the summer season when the classes are abundant so maybe look in the window before you go in, to see how busy it is. Sometimes it is too busy for adults to exercise easily.

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at Bellevue Aquatic Center. The parking situation here is extremely limited, and itβs often very difficult to find a spot. Because of this, I usually have to drop off my wife and daughter first and then spend several minutes trying to find parking. A few days ago, when I came to pick them up, I briefly stopped in the fire lane for just a couple of minutes while waiting for them to come out. During that short time, three staff members approached me and spoke in a very rude and disrespectful manner, insisting that I leave immediately. I understand that stopping in a fire lane is not ideal, but the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. There was no attempt to communicate respectfully or show any understanding of the difficult parking conditions. This experience was very upsetting, and I believe the staff could benefit from better customer service training. A more respectful and professional approach would make a big difference for visitors.

My child trains at this pool on weekday evenings. The water is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is polite and attentive. The facility is well-maintained, and the lessons are organized. The coaches pay close attention to technique and safety.

They have two indoor pools: cold one with lanes for swimming and a warm one smaller but great for kids. Family open swim time is Sunday 12-2, Saturday 2-4 and a few more options in the week. Adults are $7, kids $6.

I went to look for information and the staff was really friendly and helpful. They gave me a tour and I can tell they keep the place clean and well maintained. The prices for a membership are not too high. They have two pools, one warm and one colder.
